When I spoke directly to my insurance company they only were willing to give $60,723 to downgrade my roof after filling a claim with them. I was not happy with that and I called A+ Public Adjusters and they were able to increase my claim to $243,628 and get the insurance company to pay for a comparable roof that I had.
